Anchor Point Ai
An internal assistant for Anchor Point Management Group. It answers questions against APMG systems and documents, routing each one to the specialist that owns the underlying data.
Before you use it
This applies to every conversation. Do not enter:
- Personally identifiable information — Social Security numbers, home addresses, personal phone numbers, dates of birth
- Protected health information, or anything else HIPAA regulates
- Passwords, API keys, or any other credential
Usage is recorded against your account for support and quality review. Answers are not authoritative — verify anything you act on against the source system. The assistant does not give medical or legal advice.
Signing in
Use your Anchor Point Management email address. Expect two things:
- Your browser passes briefly through apmgai.cloudflareaccess.com. That is part of signing in, not a phishing page.
- If sign-in succeeds but you then see a Microsoft error, your account has not been granted access yet. Request it through the IT service desk.
